The Three Star Chef

So I rented this book from the Library a month ago and had yet to open it so last night instead of studying for LEED, I opened it.
Inside is a picture gallery of food and snapshots of Mr. Ramsay in the kitchen. The book isn't a boring biography with lengthy sections about the parts of his life that have nothing to do with the food. Instead it goes through some of his amazing dishes and how each was created through in-the-kitchen trial and error. One day the fishermen couldn't get out to catch lobster so he substituted baby octopus for a recipe and found it to be a better dish than before.
Then as I flipped through the last of the pictures I realized that this book also has the RECIPES!
I'll be picking a few to share and try soon.
