Black Velvet!

The song has been on my XM for like the last week and I've skipped over it time and time again, because honestly I'm sick of hearing it...But!

Black Velvet is also an Irish drink
1/2 qt Guinness
1/2 qt Champagne
Combine Guinness and champagne in a tall very chilled glass.
Stir gently and serve. Makes 1 Quart

So I could make that Dark Chocolate Stout Cake with Champagne White Chocolate poured icing.
Maybe I could tweek the recipe into a Black Velvet Cake and White Velvety icing....I like this idea. What about you?
